Return Policy

Prompt Delivery - We generally ship in-stock items paid by credit card within 2 business days. (Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships) Standard delivery is 7 to 10 business days. Rush orders are sent in 3 to 5 business days for an additional $6. Express orders are sent in 2 days and is an additional $12. For International orders, please state Air-mail (5-7 days) or surface (6 to 8 weeks). Actual charges will be applied.

Should any item be temporality unavailable, you will be notified. If we are unable to fill your complete order immediately, we will ship what we can and send the remainder of your order when we receive our next shipment, unless you specify that you do not want a backorder. Should this occur, you will not incur any extra shipping charges.

Exchanges & Returns - Items are promptly refunded or exchanges within 45 days of purchase. We do not accept product returns shipped C.O.D If exchanging mercchandise, please send appropriate payment to cover the shipping and handling charges for your new order.

DISCOVER BALLOONS GUARANTEE - Your purchases of Discover Balloon products are completely guaranteed. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, simply return your purchases within 45 days. We will gladly issue a refund or an exchange, minus the shipping charges.
